In order to help you on your way to Spanish fluency, below is our current list of audio podcasts. These are aimed at advanced and intermediate learners and cover a wide range of relevant, up-to-date topics so that you can understand Spanish-speaking culture as well as the language. They even go one step further than your Spanish textbook - and include words that local people actually use. And, based on work that we have done before, we know that if you listen to one of our 19-minute audio podcasts each day or each week, it will be a great help on your way to fluency!

How to listen

We suggest that you listen to an audio podcast and make notes of any words you don’t understand. Then, when it finishes, look those words up – and make sure you revise them the week after to ensure that you remember them! That way, your vocabulary of real Spanish words will expand.

So from holidays to New Year, and what happens on Sunday to cocaine, we hope that you enjoy the range of topics in our audio podcasts.

If you have any thoughts or comments on the audio, do feel free to get in touch here on Twitter or here on Facebook.

Our podcasts are available through all good podcast sites and programs. If you want to listen to the audio podcasts through a ‘podcatcher’ such as iTunes, here are some links:
